I've thought of this as well.  Now you write it like this, I have an
addition which makes it much cooler IMO: It can know about the steps in
the meal, and alert the user when needed.  For example, when cooking
spagetti with vegetables, it will alert when to start with which step to
make sure that both are finished at the same time.

I had that several times as well. :-)
