I'm pretty sure Steve meant flash.
We are looking at everything really. Increasing NAND, or removing NAND
entirely, instead adding a second microSD.
I doubt the RAM (DDR-RAM instead of SDRAM would also be nice) will go to
8 GB anytime soon. Even 512 MB is a stretch.
