GPS uSD? they exist?

Hey,

some time ago I also looked around for micro-sdio-cards - unfortunately
I didn't find find any kind of GPS card, too :/

Normally GPS-appliances register theirselves as serial-devices over
which the NMEA-data is transferred - however I don't know whether all
SDIO-GPS-cards behave this way.
