follow-up re changing LCD brightness

I think my question about LCD brightness may not
have communicated what I meant to ask.

I realize there is no sensor on NanoNote for
either ambient light or screen closed.

If some software was written, does hardware
support turning LCD off, such as after 10 minutes
of keyboard inactivity (settable time)

with software yet to be written, could the\
user manually adjust screen brightness.
this is not an uncommon feature on mobile
devices.
