Ben NanoNote booting

Easiest way I found to short those pads together is with a small piece
of carbonized rubber, such as is found in almost all computer keyboards
and other consumer electronic pushbuttons. After taking the keyboard
apart I cut out one of the small the rubberized carbon regions, and use
that to make the connection. Very reliable and tends to stick in place.
You can even wedge it under the battery for a semi-permanent connection.
