Wiki: upload facility and favicon

Hi,

please consider enabling the upload functionality in MediaWiki (for
photos, e.g. those from

  http://randomprojects.org/wiki/Qi_Hardware_Ben_NanoNote

and more that will follow.

Also, the wiki.qi-hardware.com subdomain doesn't seem to have the
favicon, please add that too to make it easier to find the Qi Hardware
browser TABs if you have lots of them open (like I do pretty often).
