Hi.

   Finding and removing non-free parts carefully takes lot's of time and
   we're really unhappy of being forced to do so just because of software
   patents and companies which are watching out kicking somebodies ass by
   enforcing them.

You may want to get in contact with the gnu-linux-libre at gnu.org
mailing list.  Several 100% free distributions (the ones recommended
by the Free Software Foundation) are collaborating in that list, and
are accumulating knowledge about non-free software packages and their
alternatives.
