I'm not going to claim these solutions are state-of-the-art, but for
mailing lists FSF uses http://www.nongnu.org/listhelper ; for wiki
spam the setup at http://www.umasswiki.com/wiki/Spam_Blacklist plus a
few modifications that aren't doc'ed externally are used (but probably
best to look to wikipedia for this if people have time - they run
antispam 'bots etc).
