To add to my other mail, I think the power-off button should still totally
power off, and suspend should be some modifier+power-off button.
That's until there is a really good use case that needs to retain the RAM,
at the expense of 9.8mA.

For example, if someone looks into VoIP with the Spectec Wi-Fi card, and we
need to make it work with incoming calls while suspended, then that may drive
a need for a certain 'suspend' state.

Related question - can we speed-step the CPU? How low can we go and in what
increments and what does that do to power consumption?
