I wasn't talking about specificaly about milkymist. Or even IP cores.

I was talking more about things like USRP2 and OGD1

You need a $2,495 lisince to program the FPGA.(Not compleatly sure
about the OGD1, but I didn't find it's FPGA on the webpack support
list.)
Definatly not what I can Copyleft.
