remember that any RF communications is going to have to have to have a
seprate system PHY layers for each nation. :(
So it's best to keep away from using radio communication shemes if you
want to make an international standured.
Sending data in the 0-crossings of AC power is faerly simple but gets
doesn't make it though transformers.
Adding a seprate communication wire is probily your best option.
Retrofitable to dumb grids.
Choose as two. :P
