The easiest option is probably to remap the block RAM (bram) to address 0 (by 
editing board/xxx/rtl/system.v) and recompile the BIOS to put all the data 
into it (you need to change the addresses in software/bios/linker.ld). 
Finally, just initialize the block RAM with the BIOS binary (see how soc-lm32 
does) and you should be all set.
