Started working on an image viewer: need resizing C source

Hi Fernando:

I was thinking, why not QT?, there are a lot of libraries you may use,
though I don't know how large or heavy they're. But you could use a base
project in QT for starting a full graphical environment. Maybe I'm getting
ahead of it, let me know...
