Did you try bbb320.ogv ? No need to scale, much better quality at
slightly higher cpu load. I guess you'll only need
less-than-full-screen when you increase frame-rate to ntsc 30 fps. For
encoding, I cannot say often enough, try to use the theora 1.2 (alpha),
which produces much higher quality encodes (it's backwards compatible,
dropping it to /usr/local/lib + ldconfig)., made my ffmpeg2theora pick
it up. Well, maybe that's not how NixOS works :)
