At initial launch, PandaBoard supports Android, Angstrom minimal
filesystem and Ubuntu. We expect community support for other
Linux-based distributions like MeeGo and Chrome OS. Check

Isn’t PandaBoard just another TI-owned tool?

No. Though brought to market initially by TI, PandaBoard is an open
development platform for the community, with support driven by the
community.
