atusb and non-Linux

This is for the owners of atusb prototypes: if you have any non-Linux
systems: could you please plug in atusb, see if it enumerates, and
report your findings ?

I'm cleaning up the boot loader, and I'd like to know if there are
major incompatibilities with the USB stacks of other operating
systems.

The boot loader gets flashed at fabrication time and can only be
changed with a special adapter cable (*), so it would be good to
address any issues that may prevent atusb from working with other
systems. The rest of the firmware, i.e., the part that does the
actual work, can be updated over USB.

(*) A luxurious solution is atusb-pgm,

If desperate or determined, one could also make an adapter cable
with UBB and a few cm of ribbon cable, solder it to atusb, and
    unsolder it after the programming.

Thanks,
- Werner
