Good. :-)

There aren't; the hardware doesn't support it. It has three settings:
mic boost (2 bit), input gain (5 bit) and output gain (2 bit).

So you have effectively 7 bits for input control (0-127), and only 2
bits for ouput control (0-3). This is why GMU uses the steps of 0%,
33%, 67%, 100%; the hardware cannot do smaller steps.
