solder paste vs. through-hole ?

Since it seems that nobody has a strong argument in favour of
keeping that solder paste on the through-hole pads, I've now
changed all the through-hole components accordingly. Commit
00711fd4bce6e997de2993606359c1f57ce837e0

After discussion with Adam, I also applied the same rule to
the mixed though-hole and SMT component usb_a_plug_smt.fpd
as well. Commit c0e33e587211ab4e9fa5b6cf4bb4b9fc5ec79113

We also had a few PCB connectors and pads for test points that
had solder paste on them. Commits
faedf5694d7d06867cf998769bc97c66a26ddea9 and
9be533bcdcee0729e8f7f6b62e6d532b5c253dab

The 2.4 GHz PCB antenna from ben-wpan, meander-2450MHz.fpd, had
lost its solder mask cover when migrating to kicad-libs. Fixed
in commit cbfba8369f4e4815c3100f842b3ded463621e8d6

The catalog at
http://downloads.qi-hardware.com/people/werner/tmp/kicad-libs-modules.pdf
has all these changes. To make pad types easier to determine,
the catalog now shows a key of the patterns used for the pads
in the respective drawing. (genkicad and fped need updating
to make catalogs with keys.)

Last but not least, there's a known bug in the drawing of
FIDUCIAL (fiducial.fpd). Fped mis-labels the copper pad as
"trace" while it should be "bare". (*) This is caused by fped
tripping over its own feet when "intelligently" adjusting pad
types. I need to think about this for a bit. The KiCad .mod
output is correct.

(*) "trace" is copper with solder mask on it. "bare" is just
    copper (plus finish). Neither has solder paste.
