Friday morning reading Part II: Artyom, GPS-SDR and Milkymist

And here's another one worth reading and promoting on this
list. As some may know, Kristian Paul is working on a GPS
baseband/SDR solution around the Milkymist SoC. Initially
using a SiGe front-end RF IC, maybe he will switch to more
common Maxim chips at some point.
Over the course of that work he made new friends, one of them
being Artyom who is working on a GPS/GLONASS SDR as well.
Slowly they have been learning from each other and Artyom just
wrote up a very nice blog post that describes his initial
from-the-outside perspective and thinking about Milkymist SoC,
some platforms (with links) it was ported to already, and latest
status of his work.
