anelok: Y-Box debug connections

... and now for something completely different: I've partially
implemented the in-circuit debugging protocols for the Freescale
KL2x MCUs and the TI CC25xx RF SoCs.

This allows me to check that the chips on the Y-Box prototype
are healthy and I can even access IOs. Here's a snapshot of the
LEDs blinking:

Green is on the KL25/26, orange is on the CC2543. The Ben (with
UBB) acts as the brain for the whole operation.

The code doesn't support programming the Flash memories yet.
That will be the next step.
